This past weekend, our 14U Boys and their families came together for a powerful cause, organizing a Breast Cancer Awareness Game that blended competition with compassion. With pink accents on the ice and heartfelt support in the stands, the event served as a meaningful tribute to those affected by breast cancer and a celebration of community spirit.
Driven by the players’ initiative and the families’ support, the team rallied around Glimmer of Hope, a Pittsburgh-based foundation dedicated to breast cancer research and support services. Through donations, raffles, and awareness efforts, the event raised over $1,800 for the organization.
We’re proud of our 14U group for leading with heart and purpose, and grateful to everyone who contributed to the success of the event. Together, we continue to show that hockey is more than a game, it’s a platform for impact.
