Ty Voit and Colby Saganiuk, both alumni of the DICK'S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Penguins Elite program, were named to NHL Central Scouting’s players to watch list this week. This list is a compilation of the best players currently playing in major developmental leagues in North America and Europe and is updated throughout the season as scouts have a chance to evaluate players for the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.

In 2019-20, Ty joined the Sarnia Sting of the OHL as the 89th overall selection in the draft and posted 28 points in his first OHL season. The right winger is entering his second season with Sarnia in 2020-21 and will look to build on his impressive 2019-20 season. 

Colby Saganiuk joined the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite Organization at the 14U level in 2017-18. After graduating to the 16U team in 2018-19, Colby’s outstanding play earned him a spot with the US National Team Development Program U17 team in 2019-20. Colby is currently set to suit up for the Erie Otters in the Ontario Hockey League’s (OHL) for the upcoming season.
