DICK’S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Penguins Elite forward Katherine Khramtsov and alumnus Lacey Eden have been invited to the 2019 USA Hockey Women National Festival. The Festival will take place from August 5th through the 14th at the Lake Placid Olympic Center in New York and will be a training session that is used to select a roster of 22 players for a pair of series against Team Canada from August 15th-18th in Lake Placid.

Katherine is a forward for the 16U team who has committed to playing her college hockey at Princeton. Lacey, who represented Team USA at the 2019 IIHF Under-18 Women’s World Championship, previously played in the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite organization during her 2017-18 season.

This is a tremendous accomplishment for both to be invited to this prestigious event. Congratulations to both Katherine and Lacey on the invitation and good luck in Lake Placid!
