Midget Major Goaltender Chad Veltri, currently called up to the NAHL's Corpus Christi IceRays, posted a 41 save shutout in his first ever North American Hockey League action tonight, a 3-0 win on the road against the Amarillo Bulls.

Veltri was the MVP for the Pens Midget Major's last year, starting 65 of 71 games and posting a shutout in the title game, one of his 7 on the year. He currently paces the 18's with 11 wins, to go with a .935 save percentage, a 1.71 goals against average, and two shutouts.
